Learn the Art of Intentional Touch.
Thai Massage meets Yin Yoga to create a new path of healing, connection, and deep release.
What is Thai Yin Yoga?
Thai Yin Yoga is a fusion of Thai Massage and Yin Yoga, two ancient practices woven together into one deeply restorative experience.
Passive postures held for 3-5 minutes are layered with hands on assists, gentle compression, and guided stretching along the body's energy lines, creating a practice that works on you as much as with you.
In a world of constant overstimulation, this practice is an invitation to slow down, surrender, and melt back into the heart.
Why Thai Yin Yoga?
Balance the Yang.
Restore Connection.
Surrender Deeply.
In this training you’ll learn:
The foundations of the Thai Yin Yoga and the philosophy behind blending Yin Yoga with Thai Massage.
Traditional Thai-inspired hands-on assists for supine, prone, seated, and side-lying postures.
How to safely and confidently integrate intuitive touch into a Yin Yoga class with clear communication and consent.
Fascia anatomy, energy lines, and nervous system regulation, and how each influences movement, recovery, and overall well-being.
How to sequence and teach a complete Thai Yin Yoga class, using props, mindful pacing, and intentional transitions.
Effective verbal cueing, body mechanics, and teacher presence to create a safe, supportive, and transformative experience for every student.
The art of giving and receiving, cultivating intuitive touch, compassionate teaching, and meaningful human connection.
